If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within one week of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the order and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Returns are only accepted for unused, sealed products in their original packaging.
